Budget Committee Meeting Scheduled
NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING & HEARING ON STATE REVENUE SHARING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Gates, Marion & Linn Counties, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, will be held at Gates City Hall, 101 Sorbin Ave W, Gates, OR 97346. The meeting will take place on Wednesday May 13, 2026, at 7:00pm and, if needed, again on May 20, 2026, at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget and proposed uses of State Revenue Sharing funds. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 12, 2026, at Gates City Hall, 101 Sorbin Ave W, Gates, OR.
